WP (Wilcosky) Username Changer is a WordPress plugin that allows users to change their usernames through a shortcode-enabled page. It also includes a system for managing username change requests after the user has reached their limit.
Here’s how it works
After installing and activating, add the provided shortcode [username_changer] to a page. Users can visit this page and change their username up to 2 times. After that, they can still put in a request to the admin to change their username again. The admin can go to Users –> Username Change Request to approve or dismiss.
Because users should be able to change their username.
