It’s November. Wow.
This year (2025) has been quite a whirlwind and as things got complicated, I ramped up creating.
So far this year I’ve created (non-exhaustive list):
- Surfle, a Chrome extension that makes bookmark browsing easier + curated lists to browse through
- Litter Layer, a mini search engine
- Neurosist, a memory management iOS app
- The Resume Database, the web’s resume database, plus its own iOS app
- Music
- More WordPress plugins and two WordPress themes
- Upviber feature additions
- Various media for fun or to help promote something above
I just finished updating my main iOS app, Neurosist, making a swiping effect in the app better than ever (smoother). That version (1.5.2) should be in the app store within a day.
The other day I updated my WordPress plugin Upvote Posts for the first time in months. The update was crucial to make sure the blocks for the Block Editor were implemented better (actually showing the content versus just placeholders). Plus the upvote button is easily customizable now. If you want upvoting for your blog or any type of WordPress powered website, check it out!
I think because of the fact that it’s been such a chaotic year for different reasons, to help keep my mood up and to feel useful/busy, I went into some kind of super warp speed creative mode.
Everything’s at a good place now. I don’t foresee starting any more new projects the rest of this year. I’ll likely continue to improve some of my WordPress plugins and enjoy the end of the year holidays.
