I just updated the web solutions part of this site at wilcosky.com/skywolf. SkyWolf is my web design, coding, graphic design, voiceover, and overall digital media consultation project. I don’t want to call it a business because I do these things for fun.
Since I do it for fun and only when I’m not at my “real job,” there are huge benefits for you. One major benefit is that I will charge less than most everyone else because this is a fun hobby of mine. I’m serious about the quality of work, but I don’t need the money and so you are just paying a little for my time.
Why would anyone want to pay a random person offering web solutions, especially when they just do it on the side? Well, I would not put your trust in just anyone. There are millions of people who can help you get a website up and running. But, here’s why you might consider me:
- Experienced: I’ve been a webmaster since 2005 (18 years, and counting, of experience).
- Small-town feel: I’m like a “Mom and Pop” type of small business. I’m not too busy to reply to you, and I take great pride in my work. You’ll be communicating directly with me versus a random support person. No offense to random support people! I appreciate the work you do!
- Low prices: I don’t charge low fees because I’m a large wholesale corporation. No, I keep fees low because I get it. I’ve experienced first-hand how expensive web development can be. Since I have a separate full-time job, I can afford to save you money!
- No job is too small: Even if all you need is advice on how to purchase a domain name. I’ll help with that! Just contact me, and I’ll let you know if there’s a fee or not, then we can go from there. If I’m booked up, I’ll let you know that as well.
- Neurodivergent friendly: I believe that it can be nerve-wracking to take the plunge and try and get help on a web project. Not just because you’re spending money, but also some people just don’t like to talk live. Or, might have other reservations. I love communicating via email or chat and I will do my best to cater to whatever you need.
